We want everyone to the best possible Fire2You fire pit experience and we understand that sometimes, plans change.

Should you decide to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can or at least 2 business days/48 hours before your scheduled reservation. You can cancel by emailing us at brian@fire2you.com

If you are unable to cancel within our timing above, we will charge you for 50% of your total reservation's estimated costs.

Fire2You Weather Policy

Customer assumes all risk to personal injury, lost, damaged, or stolen items. Customer is responsible for their guests conduct.

Specific rules associated with any Fire2You reservation an delivery include:

• Only wood is to be burned in any Fire2You fire pit.

• Only starter elements which were delivered should be used with the fire. No additional chemicals, propellants or fuel should be added to the Fire2You fire pit.

• Fire is hot and must be respected. Please do not get close to fire or wear loose clothing. Do not place anything in the fire other than items which were delivered (bundled wood provided, starter elements, smore's kit items).

• Please watch all children and keep them away from open fames. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

We will expect all rented items to be returned to Fire2You in the condition they were delivered. If there are discrepancies regarding the condition of these items when they're returned, we will contact you to discuss.

Fire2You Cancellation Policy

We want everyone to the best possible Fire2You fire pit experience. Due to the nature of outdoor events, we cannot refund based on weather conditions.

If you are worried about changing weather and can change or cancel your reservation within 24 hours or your planned delivery. We will honor your cancellation request if it's within those 48 hours and if you wish to reschedule and we have openings during your requested time period, we'll make those changes. Since weather can be fickle, we will provide a covering with each delivery to protect your fire pit, wood and accessories from the impact of temporary rain, snow or sleet.
